Harrison Ford
Harrison Ford talks about how he enjoys flying and route he took to getting his pilot's license.  Harrison is the honorary chaiman of our Young Eagles program and has flown about 300 Young Eagles himself through the local EAA chapter he belongs to in Southern California.

Short Field Takeoff, What was he thinking?

This is a pretty amazing short field takeoff.  It probably was bad choice by the pilot.

Some Scary Landings

Most of these are airliners trying to land with very strong crosswinds.  All pilots are trained to go around when a landing is not going well.  A constant challenge for pilots is to resist the urge to complete a landing that is not going well.  It is helpful to advise passengers that we may have to go around.  This relieves the psychological pressure the pilot feels to complete the landing.
